The Lord Jesus Christ said "So I say to you:  Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.  For everyone who asks receives; he who seek finds; and to him  who knocks, the door will be opened".  Luke 11:9-10

He also said "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.  For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them".  Mat 18:19-20.
